1. Who we are and acceptance of these terms

This site is operated by Onyx & Sons ("Onyx", "we", "us"), a vehicle services business located in Lodi, California. By using this site, entering the promotion, purchasing an entry pass or membership, or opting in to our messages, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy & SMS Terms, and the giveaway's Official Rules.

2. Eligibility

• You must be a legal U.S. resident aged 18 or older to use this site, enter the giveaway, or purchase.
• The promotion is void where prohibited. Excluded jurisdictions are listed in the Official Rules.
• One entrant account per person. Duplicate, automated or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

3. The giveaway and Official Rules

The giveaway is governed by its Official Rules. If these terms and the Official Rules conflict on any point about the promotion, the Official Rules control. The draw is conducted by an independent sweepstakes administrator; every entry is a numbered ticket in a single pool, and more entries means more tickets, never a better ticket.

4. Entry passes and purchases

• Entry passes are one-time digital products. Entries are credited to your verified entrant account automatically when payment confirms; nothing is shipped.
• Prices and entry amounts are shown at the time of purchase. All amounts are in U.S. dollars.
• Payment is processed by our PCI-compliant payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
• Purchases require a verified entrant account (you must confirm your email first).

5. Memberships and billing

• Memberships are billed monthly for a minimum three (3) month term, then continue month-to-month until cancelled.
• Monthly entries are credited automatically each billing cycle, and members are automatically entered into the Bronco draw and each monthly member-only draw during their term.
• You may request cancellation at any time by calling (877) 893-2338 or emailing support@onyxautomobilia.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the minimum term, or at the end of the current billing cycle once the minimum term is complete.
• If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and will notify you; membership benefits and monthly entries pause until payment succeeds.

6. Refunds

Entry passes and membership charges are generally non-refundable once the associated entries have been credited, because entries join the draw pool immediately. If you believe you were charged in error, or you cancelled and were billed anyway, contact us within 30 days and we will review it in good faith. Where a refund or chargeback is issued, the corresponding entries are removed from the pool as described in the Official Rules.

7. Messaging programme (SMS and email)

Our messaging programme is described in full in the SMS Terms section of our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary:

• Messages are sent by Onyx & Sons. We send transactional messages (entry confirmations, account notifications, winner alerts) and, only with your separate express consent, marketing and promotional messages.
• Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase or entry. Both SMS consents are optional at signup.
• Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also call (877) 893-2338.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your mobile number and SMS consent are never sold, rented or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes; they are shared only with the messaging providers that deliver texts on our behalf.

8. Merchandise

When physical merchandise is offered, product pages will state pricing, shipping and any bonus entries at the time of purchase. Shipping timelines are estimates. Merchandise sales, once live, are covered by these terms and any product-specific terms shown at checkout.

9. Acceptable use

• No bots, scripts, bulk account creation or any automated means of entering or interacting with the site.
• No attempts to interfere with, probe or disrupt the site, the entry system or the draw.
• No misrepresenting your identity, age, or state of residence.

We may suspend accounts and void entries obtained in violation of these terms, as described in the Official Rules.

10. Intellectual property

All site content — text, graphics, logos, images, video and software — is owned by or licensed to Onyx Automobilia and protected by law. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission. Ford, Bronco and Bronco Raptor are trademarks of Ford Motor Company, which is not a sponsor of, and does not endorse or administer, this promotion.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or participation in the promotion. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim or one hundred dollars ($100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Joaquin County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Disputes about the giveaway itself are handled as set out in the Official Rules.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Material changes will be posted here, and your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
